if you dont agree with the strike, then dont. No one can stop you going in to work if you choose to

Do you have to strike though? Surely thats your choice - if your contracted to work and turn up you get paid?

Im a lecturer. Im in the union so should, although I dont think we went to vote on this one as far as I know
