My DH signed up for their new customer offer (see it? - over there >>>>) to order some holiday clothes for the DC in mid May.
Stuff received, fine and dandy and speedy, but no free inen scarf.
He contacted them to say that this tempting offer
was the reason he had signed up and spent a fair bit of money with them and was disappointed not to have recieved advertised scarf.
They replied to say that they were out of stock of the scarf and were sorry, but obviously he had still enjoyed the discount.
But they are still fecking advertising the scarf, I think thta's a bit DuffStuff, non?
I thought that their Customer service was better than this?
