Had a 9am meeting this morning at work, we all thought it was about moving store, but no we are ceasing trading in just over a month and we are all losing our jobs.
Some people have worked there for almost 20 years, ive worked there for three and whilst for me it is a temporary job i have had throughout uni it is just awful and so upsetting :(
for such a big company is seems so unfair - unfortunately they said it is purely about money. And we are not making any.
At least I got to come home, i feel sorry for everyone who then had to open the store.
