To think it's not fair

that on the rare occasion I am able to have a lie in instead of getting up at 6am with ds I wake up with a headache that doesn't go away all day?

Why is this? It's not even like I'm staying in bed until silly o'clock in the afternoon, I normally wake up naturally at around 8 or if not then I get woken up at 8.30 by ds having his usual pre-midmorning nap paddy. Before I had ds I would easily lie in until midday and have no problems and I didn't even appreciate a lie in back then either!

Completely not fair and it ruins the rest of the day!

I know. I had the luxury yesterday of an early night followed by a lie-in this morning. I woke up at 2am this morning and couldn't get back to sleep until around 6am with the consequence that I have felt like shit all day.

Bah.
