To be embarrassed by my hairy biscuits?!

Oh The Shame!! We have had builders in today, and being Super Nice I left them a box of biscuits to help themselves to. So far, so good...

But , we've just been camping so I'd bought millions of nice biscuits for everyone to share, including some choc digestives which got opened while we were camping but didn't get eaten (I know, I know - some weird people out there!). Some had melted a bit and two had melted together and re-congealed - with a long (thank fuck not a short and curly! :o) hair stuck between the two.

I know this because it was left in the box when I got back today. They'd clearly delved into the nice biscuits, but found the hairy ones

Needless to say, I've now chucked the scuzzy ones, cleaned out the box and re-stocked. But they're back tomorrow - do I mention it with a ha-ha-ha, would you believe it ? type way, or just stay schtumm and hope they somehow didn't notice them??!

Haha - just make a joke of it...something like you greedy gits still ate the biscuits and werent even put off by the hairy ones!!

They'll have encountered worse and hopefully be very grateful for such nice biscuits.

God dont worry about the shame....my DH is a builder, dont reckon he would be put off by a hairy biscuit, lol....at least you leave them something out!!
