To treat OH like a child?

So basically this morning someone left a baby's arm in the toilet. It was obviously OH but I asked everyone anyway as it had blocked the toilet and nobody would own up to it. When I asked OH he laughed and then got all defensive and said it wasn't him. The kid's wouldn't be able to do a baby's arm. AIBU to not do him any lunch/dinner etc until he stops lying and sorts it out?
