to my work about the lack of wages? I have worked there for about a month now. Meant to be weekly pay. No wages. I havent said anything as its extra money to us, rather than money we rely on as such and because I am new, I didnt want to make waves. I am not the only one that hasnt been paid either, so we are all kind of in the same boat.

Say something - you're not working for free!! If you're meant to get wages every week and now it's been a month, then it shouldn't be the delay to get details to payroll on time to pay it.

And nevermind making waves, you're entitled to be paid for the work you do. end of.

Yes of course you should say something - bring it up with your manager. Since you're new, and not so dependent on the pay as others, you're actually in a great position to be the one to bring it up, as some of them may be more worried about the consequences of rocking the boat than you need to be.
