I used it last week and I was soooo impressed. I don't drive and to take the kids on the train to pick my order up would have cost £8. To have it shutl'd in 90 minutes cost £10. Well worth it imo. THEN I placed an order yesterday, got a phone call to say it would be 40 minutes late. No problem. THEN the driver turns up, rings the buzzer for our building, and tells me that he doesn't do council blocks and I would have to come down! We live on the 8th floor and was home alone with 4 kids. I said no way, I paid for delivery, I expect delivery to my door. He said he didn't want to leave his vehicle unattended. I called customer service and to be fair they told him to deliver my order. He did but was very rude. I told customer service and they have said they use various courier companies and it's pot luck who you get. They said sorry but it has put me off using them again. Such a shame.

Happy, I am not going to be using it again!!!

Driver turned up got a call from customer service, my buzzer wasn't working Hmm guess what it is working, so told CS the driver needed to buzz intercom, still said it didn't work, so I had to go down and collect items. Ok not really a major problem but I paid for it to be delivered and I still had to go downstairs.

I get this problem a lot with couriers. I think they begrudge the extra time/effort it takes to deliver to flats rather than to houses. Some local take aways actually refuse to deliver because they don't like using lifts!
