Seriously, he is my N E M I S I S!

There's a customer my work and is a Twunty McTwuntyson to everyone who works there especially the young girls.
It's always borderline if we should just ask him to leave and never come back, but he's totally the type to write a letter to head office and complain despite the fact we are all ever so nice to him and he is a complete and utter douchbag to us.

AIBU?

Please tell me you have Nemisi (Nemisies?) too?

I have some, generally people who are annoyingly perfect and always turn up looking amazing and having done everything perfectly and never do anything wrong at all. Fuckers.
