You sound really run down and that's bound to make you feel like shite.

What's your 'D'H being a git about?

nannyl · 21/05/2011 21:52

I feel for you as had a similar run myself. No operations, but suffered with awful hayfever from the start of April until about three weeks ago when someone brought Pirinase to my attention (miraculous stuff). The hayfever started to improve then I get a diarrhoea bug and spent bank holiday Monday in bed. This then went straight into a migraine and I spent the next day in bed too, missing work. A few days later I started with shingles, which I often get when run down. About a week later I got a bad cold passed on from DS, which I've had almost 2 weeks and have just got some medication for it from the docs a few days ago because I can't shift the, erm, residual infection. I, too, have had a lot of mouth ulcers around this time - sign of being run down.

It's crap isn't it. Think I'm going to try a multivitamin to see if that helps me get back on an even keel.

Hope you feel better soon.

SoftKittyWarmKitty · 21/05/2011 22:05

Oh, and to top it all I'm pre-menstrual. Don't have a DH to wind me up though, thankfully. There are some benefits to being a single parent sometimes. Grin

god that sounds grim-poor you

i really really wish i was somewhere hot and sunny and could lie on a beach in the blistering heat and then every now and then jump into the cool sea.
and then sit on a beach bar that is all lit up by fairy lights drinking sangria.

instead of stuck here listening to bloody dh playing on the wiiAngry
