FGS if you're going to post something like this at least tell people what it is so they can choose whether to read or not. I hate this misery-sharing need that some people appear to have.

IMissSleep · 18/05/2011 13:29

ILoveTIFFANY That's what I thought?!

Surly its just highlighting the dangers of leaving a baby alone in a bath...

OP posts:
hobnobsaremyfavourite · 18/05/2011 13:29

Beesimo I'm clearly not seeing what you are seeing.
Sadly a moment of innatention can have tragic consequences.

KnobCheese · 18/05/2011 13:30

it does say on the link about baby girl being fatally burnt dickiedavis.

beesimo · 18/05/2011 13:30

Sickening to think any child would suffer so

Sickening to think any Mam would be so fucking stupid

Sickening to think anybody on here would use it for a AIBU

Sick Sick Sick

Oh bugger off beesimo

BelieveInPink · 18/05/2011 13:32

Er, yes I do think YABU. For posting this in here. Sensationalist, for a start and posting it only serves to give you some morbid satisfaction.

wannaBe · 18/05/2011 13:33

"A friend sent me this link". Why? Why do people need to pass around this sort of stuff? nothing like misery-sharing is there? Hmm

from the story it looks as if the baby hadn't been left in the bath anyway given she had a vest and nappy on? so maybe she'd got into the bath - who knows but either way I don't see how this needs to be shared among friends really.

BimboNo5 · 18/05/2011 13:35

I dont get the point of these threads. Of course its sad/heartbreaking/awful. Why do people feel the need to share in a tragedy like this?

beesimo · 18/05/2011 13:46

OP

I think there is a 'creature of the dark' feel about anyone who would post a AIBU using this subject matter. I may be wrong and you may be a lovely person but at the very least you should think about your motivation for posting this.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 18/05/2011 14:13

What beesimo said.

manticlimactic · 18/05/2011 14:39

Look, it's quite clear what the link is. You don't have to click it. Even if the link isn't shown you can hovver over the text and see what it is at the bottom of your screen

Though I agree, it's not as if people will say YABU is it OP?

QualiaQuale · 18/05/2011 14:43

YABU, you fucking ghoul.

MumblingRagDoll · 18/05/2011 14:43

I don't like links like that either....nor whole threads about awful stories like this. YABU for posting this.
