what is it about throwing flour and eggs?

sooo disgusting.
we went to park and the playground was full of flour and broke eggs.
the birds were having a feast.

I think its obviously kids, flour and eggs are cheap and they can buy them without too much suspicion or take from home. The eggs are a nightmare to remove if they dry too. Just stupid kids that are bored.
