no wine is definitely a good idea the kids just gave me a hug on mass and asked me what was wrong and had to refrain from screaming at them to get off me. i am bad mum today.

Maybe a good vomit will give you something to be pissed off about and therefore will at least justify the pissed offness , so will help .
