I am sick to death of them. I have got a 38 e on and they are spilling out! I spend all day getting them under control Blush I have recently lost 2 stone and they seem to have got bigger.

How can i get rid of them, non surgically?

Aww, i know how you feel. I hate everything! i took down the mirrors and put them under the sofa, that helped a bit Grin Now just need that lottery win so i can have a body transplant.....

treas · 10/05/2011 22:26

When you find out let me know - I've been going to the gym and have managed to lose 4 inches off hips, 4 inches off waist, 3 inches off thighs, 2 inches off arms, but my bust does not want to deflate Blush

HellonHeels · 10/05/2011 22:30

I feel your pain! Get a decent supportive bra that's properly fitted, that will help keep them under control and also give you a much improved shape. I like www.bravissimo.com

If you want to feel like a new woman, go to Bravissimo and get fitted. You may go in a 38E and come out a completely different size and feel many years younger. I have been going to them for 10 years when they only had one store and I had to travel 2 hours across London to get there. But it was worth it.

Fittings at Bravissimo is done by sight, not tape measure. So they check that the bra actually fits whatever size it is irrespective of your measurements.

Don't get rid of them, embrace your curves. Bravissimo now do a clothes brand called Pepperberry with clothes that have extra space for those of us that have been blessed with curves.

Thanks girls, glad i am not the only one. Might give bravissimo a go then, this bra did fit, i don't know what happened! Poxy things. :(

Love my curves, but they are less lady lumps and more whopping great beach balls!

Perhaps its because i changed contraception?!

Bravissimo clothes.

Changed. My. Life.

squeakytoy · 10/05/2011 22:40

Sports Bra! they are my life saver.

2234 · 10/05/2011 22:41

Just make sure you actually go in to a Bravissimo store and don't just order online. I took my sister in law. She went in a 38E that was spilling over and came out a 32GG and she looked great!

Contraception can play a huge part in it. I know from experience.

CFAW · 10/05/2011 22:48

2234, really? I have come off the implant and got a copper coil, so perhaps it is a hormonal change? What happened with you? If you don't mind my asking?

Changed to a different kind of pill. Over a 6 month period grew a cup size and lost a stone (down to 9). Changed pill again and they got smaller again. But all that was before I had kids....breastfeeding at the moment so have different sizes at different times of day now...

manticlimactic · 10/05/2011 22:57

I went into Bravissimo wearing a 36E and came out wearing a 34 FF. Sometimes I have to go up to a G depending on the style but my boobs look great and if anything look smaller in a correctly fitting bra, although never 'small'.

I'm not saying I love them and some days I do hate them. They make me look bigger all over sometimes.

I was working the other day and a customer said 'Congratulations on the twins' took me a while to realise what the dirty bastard was on about.

2234 · 10/05/2011 23:03

manti lol

used to think big boobs make you look mumsy and not very glamorous. Now I'm a mum it's ok. Couldn't really care less how it looks, I'm made this way and just make the best of it. And they have fed three children so were of some use.

ZillahWhoDrankTooMuchGin · 10/05/2011 23:12

Is anyone else wondering why BabyDubsEverywhere put her tits under the sofa?? Confused

heleninahandcart · 10/05/2011 23:20

YABU whatever they look like they are your boobs, they've presumably done you good service over time so do them a favour and get them fitted up! If you have changed shape recently, you are probably a radically different size and just need the right shape bra to flatter you. So get fitted, encase and embrace!

heleninahandcart · 10/05/2011 23:23

Zillah, yes I thought just taking down the mirrors would be enough...

BabyDubsEverywhere · 11/05/2011 00:11

HAHA Grin
Oops Blush

Still, would be the best place for these things Grin

KittySpencer · 11/05/2011 00:56

Definitely get a properly fitted bra. Most people tend to wear the wrong size - lots of people think they are a 38 when actually a 36 or even 34. Often when you put on weight, or bras dont seem to fit, people go up a size, when in fact you may need to go up a cup size instead.

Styles of bras are important as well - balconettes to push you up, plunges to create some cleavage etc :) Well fitting bras should make you feel happier about them - I love mine, though I am dieting at present and worried they are dwindling!...they have already gone from a 38g to a 36f. Pre weight gain I was a 34dd, so expecting them to shrink further, which I will actually be a bit sad about Grin

EmmaBemma · 11/05/2011 06:06

Agree with everyone who says it sounds like you need to go up a cup size (or two) and down a back size, especially if you've recently lost weight.

shelscrape · 11/05/2011 06:33

Oh my word yes, Bravissimo ... yes go to them or look on their web site. They saved my sanity. if you can't get to one of theri shops give them a ring .. phone number on web site, they are very helpful indeed. clothes are lovely too. I had been wearing a 36D, came out wearing a 32G. A well fitting bra improves your posture, makes you slimmer and you will look far less lumpy round the chest.

You should get measured every 12 months though as boob size goes up and down throughout your life.

I still order from them even though I live on the other side of the world now.
