I don't get it, it's pretty clear it's not true, so there can be nothing to have a super injunction about, so therefore it's fine to say it?

She's tweeted to say it's false.
Some lawyer bloke is all over it saying it's not true.

Just had a good read of a blog that is reporting it. Goodness me. Although I had guessed quite a lot of it from the MN sleb threads.

It cannot be true - its Gabby Logan all over again. So WHY is it a crime to say it. Reiterate - I'm saying it's NOT TRUE, so it there's nothing to delete right?
