Just went to check on Sunday roast. The "roast potatoes" (yes, frozen Blush ) are as it turns out nicely cooked...chicken nuggets.

hahahahaha.

Reminds me of the time I bought some nice onion rings, frozen.
They turned out to be calamari.

Grin I'm really really bad at cooking. When I first met my partner, I decided to "cook" for him. Spag bol. Which I though was very sophisticated. I had it in my head that foodie types like herbs (for me, exotic - I have the food tastes of a child from about 1936), so though I would add some. Cinnamon doesn't work too well with spag bol as it turns out.

Mine is that this morning I had to drive DD1, her boyfriend, her best friend and her best friend's boyfriend to the next town 20 miles away. We had to be there by 12.30 as BF's BF had a cricket match at 1pm.

I left the lights on, battery was as dead as a dodo.

Some nice random man bump started my car for me. Thank you nice random man, who's wife held your dog and looked on mystified whilst you helped.
