Prevent certain religious types from knocking on my door tomorrow? Dp thinks it could give them more of a reason to knock.

They have been round every week for 6 weeks! its driving me mad! each time i clearly state 'im not interested' yet a week later they are back. Dont get me wrong i have absolutely nothing against them and i respect there beliefs even though i dont agree with what i know about them. i just wish they would stop.

Don't know about Jehovah's witnesses, but you'll put off any pedants from knocking

I'd put a far more forthright sticker on the door just to be sure!

Sirzy - i did that once, they stood there for ages. she went to neighbours freting that i was ill. as she saw my DD in the window. neighbour said she was really worried.

The ones that come here never seem to understand the word no.

We used to live near a Kingdom Hall and has endless knocking. DD has had several transfusions so I rang them up and asked for the home addresses of the people calling so that I could visit them with my daughter at my convenience to explain why it was a good idea in my opinion.

They didn't knock again and I thought that perhaps they aren't supposed to come into contact with people like us but then we moved and the callers were charming, asking after DD etc

Posted too soon, they haven't come back either but they were lovely people I must say.

I have a "Give Blood" sticker, and have not had a knock since. Thought it was just coincidence, but coming the other day I saw the familiar group with their clipboards and Watchtower mags heading towards our end, but no one knocked. So it might work :)
