What is it for? Is it just for the AV or is it local elections too?

I'm ashamed to say I don't have a scooby doo but in my defense, I have voted at every general and local election since I was old enough to do so so I'm not an abstaining knuckledragger :(

If it's just for the AV I shan't bother but if it's LE time I will bother as my MP is a twat with shite hair.

I think it varies depending on which part of the country you are in. Some areas are only voting on the AV others have a few votes. You can check your council website.
