Fedex!

Been waiting for a parcel. It has now been delivered and signed for by "Helen". We don't have it and don't know a Helen.
Lines opened at 7.30 this morning, I have now been on hold for 13 mins.
Is there an easier way?

I'd say don't use Fedex but the alternatives are just as bad :(

When was it delivered and signed for?

I had a courier deliver a laptop and claim it was signed for except it wasn't as both me and Dh were at work. Complained strongly to the courier and next time the bloke delivered he moaned about me complaining, but what would have happened if someone had spied him leaving the parcel on the decking and made off with it?
