.. to wonder what everyone's doing for May Day?

Sorry if I've missed a thread elsewhere. I was wondering what anyone was doing on this day to mark the International Labour Movement.

Who's marching? Or holding any other event?

No one doing anything then?

Or perhaps the campaigning types are still marching?

Im actually doing nothing, it is my sons 18th.

I'm working, no day off here.

I'm due to give birth so hopefully will be 'labouring' that way!

BBC link about the march in London, which attracted 10,000 people. That's a lot fewer than usual, isn't it?

Is this like the American Labour Day?

Of no relevance but we are going to a friends and comparing baby scan pictures :)

Nothing.

I cleaned the barbecue and made some scones, but other than that have had a lazy day. The first of May holds no significance for me.
