I bought Easter eggs for half price in the after Easter sale.

Having had a heavy previous night on the vino I was lying on the couch feeling very sorry for myself and the DCs complained they hadn't had their dinner yet and it was nearly tea-time.

I told them to go to the fridge and have those huge Easter eggs instead. They threw their arms around me and told me that I am the BEST MUMMY in the whole wide world!!!

As long as they washed it down with fruit shoots I think it's fine.

If you did it every day I'd pull on my judgey pants and give you a cat's bum mouth, but since it's a very rare occurrence I say YANBU. :)

We too have consumed mountains of chocolate in the past few days, my theory being to get it all done at once then go back to normal diet before they get used to chocolate with every meal
