Grrrrrrrrrr!!!

I've been home since 2pm. Between then and now (5.20pm), I've had 8, yes 8 folks ring the bell / knock on my door to ask;

  1. Do I have knives that need sharpening?

  2. Do I want the hedges trimmed?

  3. Do I want the bins cleaned (black & green)?

  4. Do I want to give money to charity - "Making Children Smile"?

  5. Do I want to buy fresh fish?

  6. Do I want to have my dog walked?

  7. Do I have unwanted clothes to give to charity?

  8. Do I want the windows washed?

Grrrrr........!!!!! Are they intent on driving me nuts?!!!

[I'm getting my ear plugs in and hiding under my duvet. Thing is, I don't want to miss the postman - waiting for a delivery]

Stick a sign up saying no cold callers?

whackamole · 26/04/2011 17:27

I wish someone would offer to clean my windows!

Seriously - very annoying. Have they been lying in wait for you?

MsToni · 26/04/2011 17:33

Whackamole - I suspect they have :) Honestly......grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

All we've had is about 20 kids knocking for ds or dd when they're not here. The warm weather is lovely when they're out playing in it but perhaps I should put a sign on the door saying the children are out.
