I've had the worst cold I've had for years for four days.
My nose is a Tap.
I have a really painful cough.
I have NO energy.
I have evening meal to cook, the house is wrecked, bags to unpack and I'm shattered. Am going to take a lemsip to see if that helps.
But worse i feel so depressed, shockingly miserable. I feel like sobbing on the table... and I've only got a bad cold?
Can a cold BE this bad?
Have I somehow caught manflu?
Is this what they are suffering from because if so, I totally, totally understand.

DS3 had it and was knocked out for a week! He was sleeping up to 18 hours a day and lost a lot of weight.

If there is any way you can get someone to help out and get an early night I would do it.......

I just got over feeling like this......from a cold.....that lasted 3 1/2 weeks! Eventually had to get DH to take DD for the day so I could sleep all day. It was rough

And I kept thinking the same, but it's only a cold!
