I order from them a lot, never had a problem.
Ordered a scooter for ds1 fo easter, paid £8 extra for delivery today guaranteed.

Is it here? Is it shite?

Phoned them and they are 'sorry' and can 'understand my frustration' Angry grr.

So now have no pressie for ds1 tomorrow.

They will deliver it on tues and refund my delivery charge woopy doo!

Oh how annoying. Angry for you. And the shops will be shut tomorow (I think?) so it's not as if you can nip out and buy something else. You should push the complaint further, you might get some vouchers or something out of them.

Similar issue with The Entertainer online.
Ordered Wednesday, special delivery, paid £2 extra. Said deliver in 1-2 days.
Not here and customer services not open on a Saturday so i can't even contact them to see where it is.
So no easter present for DD1 but i have the other 3 DC's present. I think i am going to have to make them all wait until hers arrives!

I bought DD1 an MP3 player from them 4 years ago. When we plugged it into the PC on Christmas day it had files on there already containing a virus which immediately attacked our PC. DH spend 4 hrs of Christmas day rescuing the files on the PC, we pissed my mum off by being late for Christmas lunch and DD wanted to know how come Father Christmas had sent her a second hand present.

Response from Amazon when I complained? £3.00 voucher off our next purchase. Wow! I was underwhelmed to say the least.

I very rarely buy from Amazon now. Only if I need a book for my degree urgently and can't get it in a local shop.
