to get rid of a wasp in ds's bedroom?

Is that really pathetic or completely justified? DH is at work until midnight and it scared me.....

Why didn't you just open the windows and close the door?

I have been next door to ask them to catch a mouse and move a spider and to our neighbours on the other side to catch my escaped guinea pig.

I had 2 wasps in the house today and just ignored them. They didn't like that and flew off in a huff.

Oh god been there! I'm truely phobic and have been known to bring in random people off the street to remove a wasp! I can't open a window as I can't be in the same room without having a panic attack!

I don't have a wasp phobia, I have a getting stung by wasps phobia. If it had been in any other room I would have left it to get out on it's own but I was even more scared of it stinging ds.

My neighbour on one side asked the ancient man on my other side, to get rid of a half dead mouse which her cat had brought in!

The old man was very happy to oblige...he hobbled round grinning like a loon and fished it up by the tail. Then chased all the kids down the road with it! Very slowly mind!
