I see so many "my first Biscuit" posts on AIBU that surely everyone has done their first biscuit already?

(go on... Wink)

I haven't yet! No-one's popped my biscuit cherry!:o

TrillianAstra · 20/04/2011 17:35

I think you pop it yourself, no-one can force you to biscuit!

I have never biscuited. I don't really get it. What does it say that " oh do fuck off" does not?

Lovecat · 20/04/2011 17:36

I've biscuited once. Didn't thrill me. Don't plan to do it again.

TrillianAstra · 20/04/2011 17:42

Do you get a thrill from the other emoticons then?

I think maybe you are expecting too much of a few yellow pixels... :o

You're right. This will be my third.

An utterly half-hearted one, though. I don't feel at all biscuity today, and your post is too nice. But still - I feel it is my duty given the circumstances. And so

"Biscuit"

Ninx · 20/04/2011 17:43
Biscuit

Had to be done.

I haven't had call to use the tea emoticon yet though.

Conflugenglugen · 20/04/2011 17:43

It's my first hypothetical biscuit though. Does that count?

SacharissaCripslock · 20/04/2011 17:45

Ive never biscuited anyone.

I'm saving it for special. Grin

TrillianAstra · 20/04/2011 17:46

Bear You can still do this if you like

OP posts:
omniscrambles · 20/04/2011 17:48

I have biscuited once or twice and it wasnt all that - I havent tea'd though - am not even sure what its for.

RustyBear · 20/04/2011 17:50

Omniscrambles - it's for NormantheForeman.

foundwanting · 20/04/2011 17:55

I'm saving my tea and biscuits for Norman. Just in case we should ever get chatting.

Although my DS is more of a pirate playmobil boy IYKWIM

PrincessFiorimonde · 20/04/2011 18:09

I think biscuiting is a little unkind. I think people should post their agreement/disagreement instead. Or just not post at all.

Have I got that right? Confused

SlightlyScrambled · 20/04/2011 18:18

I've haven't used mine yet.

KurriKurri · 20/04/2011 18:19

I don't use the biscuit to mean 'No comment' - writing or symbolising 'no comment' is surely one of the most pointless activities in the world.

I use it when I want to mention biscuits, and I'd like a wider choice than just the Jammy Dodger.

thefurryone · 20/04/2011 18:51

I've never used the biscuit, I was actually a bit disappointed when I first joined up to find out that it is used in a disparaging manner rather than because you thought someone might like a biscuit. To my mind confectionary should really only be used for good and offered to people you want to be nice to. Perhaps we could have a rotten apple icon or something!

whatsallthehullaballoo · 20/04/2011 19:08

I am proud to say I have not yet used a biscuit. This maybe because it takes quite a lot to shock me. However, there is time yet.

moodymama · 20/04/2011 19:11

What does a biscuit mean? I've seen it used it various contexts and still don't get it.

pizzadelivery · 20/04/2011 19:42

I've used Biscuit - just once mind.

This will be my first Bear though!

HTH

MumInBeds · 20/04/2011 20:10

I've never used one, but then I've also never bibbed my horn other than crossing a single-track bridge when driving and I've been driving for 15 years.

CharlieCoCo · 20/04/2011 21:31

i was just about to ask wat it means when i worked it out for myself just buy writing what does it mean:o
