www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1378488/What-Would-Your-Mother-Do-The-abstinence-underwear-designed-teenagers-sex.html

"WWYMD says: 'We created a line of underwear to use as conversation starters to help reinforce family morals as they relate to relationships and dating."

Who starts talking about their underwear anyway? And why would teenagers care about what was printed on someone's underwear (let alone see it) if they weren't going to have sex?

Summary: Reporter under pressure to write article, can't think of anything so calls old school friend, now in PR, who sends her a random press release to recycle. Goes to pub.

PMSL. By the time two teenages are naked enough to see the slogans, it will be way too late to discuss abstinence. "Have you got a condom" or similar might be more useful.
