I thought you had copyright in pictures taken of yourself? Certainly taking and publishing pictures of me without my permission would piss me off. YANBU.

For a start, it's not limited to women posting - a good half of the photos are posted by (presumably gay) guys.

I think this is pretty innocent really. It's not like they are upskirt (up trouser??) shots taken by dirty pervs.

chauteauferret - you realise anyone can take photos of you in a public place, with or without your permission? Although actually photographers are on dodgy ground on the tube as it's not a public place and photography is forbidden without a permit.

I do think it's a bit rude to post pics online without persons permission. I wouldn't like it if it was done to me.

But I have just had to look through all 9 pages just to check I don't know any of them. It would be my duty to inform them you see

a photographer owns their own photos and can do with them as they please.

Plenty of places where men do post pictures of women taken in public places. And not just their faces.

I dont see anything wrong with it. Agree it all seems pretty innocent.

I don't like it. But I can't put my finger on why.
