I know I'm not really, but I can't believe I've managed all these years without it! I'm an ex netmummer (heathen!) and I rejoice at the freedom of mumsnet!

I didn't know it at the time, but I was looking for MN for ages before I found it.

I went through a few crappy shallow forums and websites that can only hold your attention for a couple of mins before the grass is looking greener.

Ha! Sometimes you need the viper's nest! NMs was too "sickly" and namby pamby. There were some good people on there, but generally....

don't get me wrong, Babycentre great for wekly updates about pregnancy but I found the forums lacked bite.
