Just seven days to make a man. A very attractive, good at sex man who doesnt speak.

If only I could get Frankie to make me one of those right now.

However YABU for that song being firmly stuck in my head now Grin

AgentZigzag · 17/04/2011 00:07

It's on Film Four I thought I saw?

I wouldn't like the blonde bimbo aspect tbh, you've got to talk to them at some point unless you keep them in the cupboard.

TotemPole · 17/04/2011 00:07

You'd have to put up with Christopher Biggins in the background.

AgentZigzag · 17/04/2011 00:08

Yeah, me too headfirst Grin

HeadfirstForHalos · 17/04/2011 00:08

Keeping them in the cupboard sounds reasonable...

CarnivalBizarre · 17/04/2011 00:10

just seven days to make me a maaa haa haa maaaan? I will be expecting a honed and toned, tanned young maaaan on mah doorstep this time next week then?

smokinaces · 17/04/2011 00:13

Yup, currently on Film 4. Bloody adverts, but still signing along like a looney. Good job the kids are at their dads tongith!

and yes, keeping them in the cupboard sounds good to me. Coming out only on certain nights - like a batteryless ann summers toy Grin

I had the audience participation CD and I can't hear the word hospitality without thinking of horse brutality Grin

smokinaces · 17/04/2011 00:26

Love it! I went to see the show live when it was Jason Donovan as Frankie, and was in the 2nd row. Was the best thing ever - with the water pistols, newspapers, kit kats and the like!

Must get the CD for the car, but not sure its the best thing to listen to with the kids!! Grin

I am now thinking of Tim Curry in his suspenders and slap and am probably going to have to go and have a nice lie down....

HeadfirstForHalos · 17/04/2011 00:29

When we went to see the live show, people were being searched for kit kats, rice and the likeShock

HeadfirstForHalos · 17/04/2011 00:30

Tim Curry as Frank n furter is a true delightBlush

smokinaces · 17/04/2011 00:33

Really Headfirst? we were practically encouraged to take the stuff. This was 12 years ago though!

You just cant beat Tim Curry in makeup and suspenders with his prancing in high heels.

I always want to be Magenta. Until the end when she turns into SuperBitch.

AgentZigzag · 17/04/2011 00:33

love love this film and the stageshow - went to see it when pregnant.r o'b is a genius.

HeadfirstForHalos · 17/04/2011 00:39

Yes! Our local theatre must be a really miserable bunch! It was a few years ago, we'll have to go again to see if they've relaxed the rule :)

AgentZigzag · 17/04/2011 00:43

No, the wig and red nose are not what I think of as attractive smokingaces Grin

I was in to TRHPS quite a while before I actually knew WTF it was all about, fuck knows what my parents thought of me watching it at 16 odd Grin

ExeterisEasy · 17/04/2011 00:43

the guy off crystal maze? really? :-D

headzookeeper · 17/04/2011 00:43

Damn I missed this. Ah well off i go to watch the well worn anniversary dvd i have. I love this film. This and The Labyrinth are two of my all time Faves. There is no better Frankie than Tim Curry. I agree Richard O' Brien is a genius.

smokinaces · 17/04/2011 00:48

ooooh Labyrinth. I love that too. Bowie in tights. Might have to take that one to bed!!!

ZigZag, I first watched it at about 14 - went to see it live at 16. am slightly shocked at that now!

and yes Exeter - the guy off Crystal Maze wrote and stared in Rocky Horror Grin

DH is snoring gently on the sofa so I've turned over to Film 4 +1 to leer at Tim Curry. Ta for that Grin

HeadfirstForHalos · 17/04/2011 00:50

Ooh, labyrinth, David Bowie's package in Labyrinth is both legendary and obscene Grin

HeadfirstForHalos · 17/04/2011 00:53

"No, the wig and red nose are not what I think of as attractive smokingaces"

I know I've had a tad too much too drink, but that has really made me laugh!
