Just made a Cheese and Potato bake. Has got milk and cream in. Over half left. Can I freeze it??

I would. As long as the stuff has not been frozen before, there will be no health issues. there is a v. small chance that the cream might split a bit when defrosted and reheated, but I'd say go mad and take that tiny risk!
