I wish to thank all those who voted for me in the wedding competition, i am not asking for votes only informing those who voted for me the results as some asked me to report back when i knew.

Today was the day of the wedding fair, the people at Jack fm first played a mr and mrs game to determine the 6th and 7th couple going through to the final after this the top 5 in the final were listed out.

So basically we are in the final, we got the highest amount of all votes, we received 384 votes and i roughly counted when i sneakily asked you lovely mners to vote for me that over 70 of them were from you. So a great big THANK YOU

The next stage of the competition will be revealed later in the week, We are so happy

cheers chickenpieface mumsnet really helped, we sneakily looked at our amount of votes, and we were 80 ahead of the 2nd couple. So really without mumsnet we may not have done so well

ok another update, we didn't win, but i am not sad about it, because there was no way i was willing to go to the extreme lengths that some people went to e.g
-changing their name
-getting a tattoo (permanent)
-painting their house
to name but a few any way thanks to all those who voted for me, and sorry HQ for putting up my orignal thread
