melted chocolate or butter icing (i.e. anything that I can't even pretend is good for me) if not that then pretty much whatever I can find in a spot of kitchen grazing... generally regretted mere moments after eating.

You wanna talk? Or is foody distraction your aim? ;)

HHLimbo · 02/04/2011 23:27

I am feeling down so havent made it to the shops so no comfort food for me :(

Just grazing. Might try wine next [wunk]

confusedforever · 02/04/2011 23:29

Cheese! Although that's when I am feeling chipper too...
Hope you feel a bit better soon x

megapixels · 02/04/2011 23:30

Nothing. When I am down I can't eat. My appetite drops to zero. I don't understand comfort eating.

duchesse · 02/04/2011 23:31

Mashed potato and tuna fish mixed together- could eat tons of it when I'm down.

Underachieving · 03/04/2011 00:14

Toast, by the loaf.

wabbit · 03/04/2011 00:23

Wine and big portions of anything... tend not to eat more often when I'm down, just more Hmm
