Anything carby and filling or chocolate and crisps! I know that eating healthily is the best thing to lift low mood though but I don't practice what I preach!

Pizza dipped in Mayo

If you'd rather tackle feeling low more positively through food choices this short article has some good advice. Sugary batter will keep you feeling lower for longer....

Hot toast and butter.

Certain foods will make your blood sugar shoot up and then crash. There are depression diets. You need regular healthy meals with no junk food and don't eat chocolate, sweets, biscuits, cakes and refined carbs.

What's going on? Do you need some help?

Mine is toast and butter, or ice cream, btw :)

See, I know what I should be eating if I'm feeling low but I only want a cup of tea and half a packet of biscuits. Or a huge bowel of mashed potato and gravy.

I think you feel like you deserve the treat stuff really.

Porridge is good for depression. The amino acids or something < scientific emoticon>

Or else anything carby. Pasta or risotto with a block of Parmesan grated into it. Yum.
