To be pissed off with DH?

DD, who a bit of a drama queen has been off for a couple of days with a tummy upset, diarrhoea but no vomiting. She seemed ok last night but was still asleep when I went to work. DH told me she had been tired and quiet in the morning.
I dashed home so DH could get some work done so hadn't had lunch. I needed to go to Sainsburys so took DD with me. As it was 4pm I was hungry so we called into the cafe and DD demolished a cake and a smoothie. She later ate all her dinner.
All seemed fine until DH put her to bed when the pain came back. DD can wind DH round her little finger so I wasn't too bothered, he started ranting at me about me not caring, DD who could hear all this was complaining about severe pain in her right lower abdomen.
I told DH if he didn't believe me that she was fine to phone the out of hours service and she's been taken out at 11 pm!

Let's hope it's not appendicitis (lower right) Grin.

I don't believe it!
DH has just called and she hasn't got appendicitus after all. I could hear DD laughing in the background.
Why are men so ridiculous?

He'll listen to anything a triage nurse says over the phone like it's gospel, 'the nurse says.....', will he listen to his nurse wife - oh no!
DD back, she should be on the stage!

That was a super fast diagnosis.

When my son had mild appendicitus, it took 6hrs to diagnose and that included the waiting time.

ahh you're a nurse, well he probably has that relative of a medical professional martyr shit going on then....
