Bloody banks!!!

I have had to recancel 4 DD's in the last 2 months repeatedly because the bloody bank didn't cancel it the first time i asked them to.

God its annoying!

I agree - and if you move accounts, with all the hassle that entails, you find you have gone from the frying pan into the fire!
