I am new and I dont know the etiquette for posting but I just wanted to thank you all.
I have been away from work for a couple of weeks after an accident. During that time I have been completely engaged by MN. I have felt part of a community at a time when I would otherwise have been fairly isolated, at least during the day.
MN is a great resource!

Welcome to the Hotel Mummy Mumsnet
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
Plenty of room at the Hotel Mummy Mumsnet
Any time of year (Any time of year)
You can find it here

Last thing I remember, I was
Running for the door
I had to find the back arrow
To the place I was before
'Relax,' said the tech guys,
'We are programmed to receive.
You can check-out any time you like,
But you can never leave!'

lazarusb · 17/03/2011 14:16

I started using MN when I needed a break from studying. You will never escape. But you will enjoy it Shamrock

Pandamoanium · 17/03/2011 14:20

Yes, I'm beginning to worry about addiction. Only found MN a couple of weeks ago and now I find myself worrying about people on here when I go to bed.

In fact, I may have to wean myself off it as I can't get to sleep some nights!

LDNmummy · 17/03/2011 14:24

I second that OP, despite some of the not so positive on MN, it has so been wonderful for me as I am suffering severe morning sickness and been at home for days at a time Sad

Although I am worried I may be addicted now!

GetOrfMoiLand · 17/03/2011 14:24
