That's not the main problem though - I find myself thinking aye boo to do this or think that, whatever. I'm just worried that it is going to slip out when I'm talking to someone... They are either going to think I'm mad or they'll know I am a mumsnetter :)

Totally Aye-boo. I also say I-swim for IYSWIM, even though that isn't really correct.

last night I stormed off down the pub as dp had been an arse, and while looking into my motives found my mental chatter actually going "aye-boo, or is he-boo?"

(he was boo, of course)

I hate AIBU. It gets used for some ridiculous questions imo. We should have a AIBUneducated or AIBPrecious.

DP and I actually say 'Ayboo' and 'Yabu' to each other! In those voices they used to use on Shooting Stars - Iranu/Ivavu.

It's still ironic, but only a matter of time before it moves into acceptable discourse.
