To find older men more attractive?

Okay, so I'm probably a weirdo.

But... I tend not to find men who are in their 20s and really lean that attractive. I almost always find that men who look a bit rough are going grey and who are a bit 'cuddly' rather than really toned are much more attractive. They just look more experienced, more comfortable with themselves somehow, more sensual.

It's also something to do with character: a man who doesn't seem confident and relaxed (as opposed to arrogant) is just not sexy, and older/ imperfect men seem to have that more.

So, AIBU or do I just have daddy issues ?

YADNBU!

I'm the same. My fiance is 20 months older than me at a whopping 25, but has grey hairs. I do love a silver fox!

YADNBU. But Liam Neeson older, not Peter Stringfellow older (boak)

Ooh don't ruin it for me, Miss V...

Love the Wilkie reference though; am currently re-reading The Woman in White.

I always end up with older men, though not intentional.

DD1's dad was 17 years older than me. DD2's dad is 13 years older than me. And there have been various other old codgers, I think the biggest age gap was 21 years (that was the best sex I have ever had).

Dunno why it is I always end up with the oldies. I'm sure a shrink could have a field day with me.

Weren't you also the phone who sympathised on my things that go bump in the night thread? Do you think we were both hit on the head as children?

Grin I didn't think I was a phone but you may have a point about being dropped on the head as an infant. I shall have to quiz my mother about that!

Gar, I don't even have the excuse of typing on an iPhone. Envy
