at the collection of cats currently wailing and caterwauling along my back garden fence and disturbing my mumsnetting!!!!!

nope its my mad neighbour who insists on feeding all the bloody stray cats in the area cos her own cat ran away.....

If you befriend a big stroppy one, it will adopt your garden and keep the others out. They will also not foul you garden if they think it is another cat's home.
