I finished my last period about 2 weeks ago now i think.. too early? I dont know..

Was it a totally normal period?

Usually you'd expect ovulation to occur about 14 days after your last period.

So, to be pregnant now you'd either have had to conceive in a previous cycle (probably about 4, 8 or 12 weeks ago) or have conceived in the last couple of days with an earlier ovulation than would be 'typical'. If you were just pregnant you probably wouldn't have any symptoms.

I felt symptoms with my second DC from few days after ovulation, which is very early and AFAIK technically impossible (as egg not yet implanted)

Well it was my first normal period after delivering my baby. Obviously had the normal bleeding for a week or so after but that was my first normal one.

Well the symptons ive had are sickness, i have bled twice since my period, but only a little bit, not enough to be another period or anything and i keep having to wee! lol.

With my last pregnancy i had the symptons quite early too.

I got pg while using condoms. Used reliably, we noticed no splits. Do a test to rule pregnancy out.

i think if they split you can probably tell. but what you can't necessarily tell is if they happen to have a tiny pin prick hole in them, i got pregnant despite dh using condoms in the completely approved manner, apparently it's not all that unusual.

A condom split with me and I definitely knew about it.

Wow i didnt know that. I will definately do a test.. i think i should be alright to take one now.. i'll get a 2 pack just incase ;)

Is it too late for the morning after pill (you have longer than the morning after - it's a daft name)? Or too late to have a coil inserted?

In my experience, we noticed both times we had a failure, but I don't think that it's always the case - sorry.

I didn't notice, we'd had a few drinks and such, I got pregnant.

Thing is, if it happens it happens and we will both be happy. Its just may leave us financially "eff-ed" if you like.

I havent gone back on the pill because we do want to try again within the next few months but i really need to get some things out the way first.

Just wondered if i can actually happen while using condoms.. and it seems it can!
I've read some very interesting things online that i didnt realise before about condoms..

We've had a couple that have split, a long time ago.

DP didn't realise at the time it was only after when he withdrew that we realised.

My doctor didn't believe that this actually happened he said, do you know how many whatevers of water a condom can hold? I said, ahh well, i must have a sharp bit inside me then, can i have the pill please!!

Condoms split due to air getting in them, not too much spunk! FFS stupid GP! Although many many people lie about a split condom when they mean no condom!

I guess some condoms only split a little bit and therefore go un-noticed?

Both times with us DP's sausage was sticking up with what was left of the condom round his base .

lol blackeyed-perhaps he did think that , i think he was being a perv and wanted to lnow all the kinky details .
