to really hate Subaru's?

Why are they so bloody noisy, is it just that people who drive them are bloody inconsiderate? There's some knob sitting outside with one revving it up and it's really fucking annoying!

I have a Forester. It was a cheap 2nd hand buy and has been a godsend during the recent freezing weather. The horses would have starved! (Well in reality they would'nt. They would have grown more hair and lost some much needed weight)

I drive an Imprezza. I drive like an old lady not a boy racer. It's a safe car, handles well in the snow etc. We live in a quiet cul de sac and I've never heard the car coming at night if DH has been out.

I do however get problems with other drivers assuming that I'm a boy racer and therefore drive aggressively - right up my rear, racing alongside me etc.

Agree with others that say it's generally the driver not the car that's the issue.

My fellas got an impreza (turbo)...he is an inconsiderate idiot though. I hate him dropping me off at night as there's one woman on the top floor who shouts out and slams her window (7pm ish mind, not 3am!)...he thinks he looks really cool!
They are REALLY loud though!

My DH is not an acquisitive man, but his greatest wish is to have a Subaru, actually he would prefer a Ferarri, but would settle for a Subaru.
