I asked my 16 year old daughter, who has wanted pierced ears for ever, to wait until her GCSEs were over when I would pay for them. I am an ex teacher and I have seen ear rings torn out in the corridor rush. My sister in law has offered her ears and belly piercings for her birthday without consulting me or my husband. Am I right to be angry?
