Woke at 6, bloody pregnancy insomnia. Did vile and stinky fridge, too. Knackered now but feeling very very virtuous.

YANBU.

You are, however, welcome round here any morning :o

YANBU

As long as you didn't wake anyone up...

I wish mine was clean already. That's what I should be doing now. Xmas Smile

How pg are you? I did something similar at Christmas 16 years ago washed all cushion covers, finished all the ironing and cleaned the windows as well so everything would be pristine for our last Christmas alone and went to bed feeling smug on Xmas Eve woke up a little later for a wee and whoosh - in hospital and established labour by midnight and DS, at 36.3, was with us by breakfast.

debka · 23/12/2010 13:21

Only 33 weeks. It needed doing, I hated every minute!!

I was washing my kitchen floor at 5am on the day I went into labour. I also ironed DS's babygros. The one and only time I ever did!!!

DS (now a deliciously, funny 6.2yrs) was born 8 hours later.

Debka, after you have been to Atyzer and Apixie's can you pop over to mine?

xstitchsnowscene · 23/12/2010 13:32

YANBU as long as you weren't too noisy to wake anyone else. I would try and get some rest now though if you are tired.

BertieBottlesOfMulledWine · 23/12/2010 13:32

When I get up before DS (and by some miracle am actually awake) I love doing all the washing up... feels fantastic Grin
