Sigh. Mirrors.

AIBU to think not all mirrors are created equal?

I have a mirror upstairs that reflects my face in a most unflattering fashion, but the colours in my hair look acceptable.

The mirror that I use downstairs tells me I am the fairest in the land Grin, but puts auburn tones in my hair which I seriously dislike.

Sad

Am I alone in my search for a friendly mirror?

Our bedroom mirror is a reclaimed shop mirror - very flattering. But this is a double edged sword as it sometimes talks me into ill-advised choices...

I have a fabulously flattering full-length mirror in my bedroom. It was very cheap, and dh hates it, but it does such lovely things to my rotund figure. Smile

The trouble is that I am lulled into a false sense of security before I go out, and then see my real reflection in shop windows or mirros and am horribly shocked Sad
