AIBU to enjoy this? It's a cross between orienteering and a treasure hunt using a GPS phone. Apparently there are over 1 million 'treasures' hidden throughout the world!

Me and DH went this weekend for the first time and found 7 caches that we must have walked past over a dozen times before

Travelbugs...... Items in the cache which try to travel across the globe! Look out for those, and geocoins too.

And collect small toys etc to swap on the larger caches!

YANBU it's brilliant fun and a good way to get DC to walk!

I'm about to start geocaching. There's one near me which I could get today, except that there will be muggles around. Might attempt a sneaky find or leave it till another day. My Christmas present from DH this year is a GPS and it should be arriving in the next few days. He's said I can have it early so I can get used to it.

I've persuaded DH that he'll enjoy it too - especially as I've found a pub crawl group of geocaches!
