I think most meats that aren't lamb, beef, pork, horse, goat, rabbit, duck etc. taste like chicken, don't they? Crocodile does (unless it's wild, in which case it tastes more like fish), hedgehog and guineapigs do, apparently!

I'm really not adventurous enough to know.

I'll only do it if I get to eat my lamb at the end! I'm not in the market for paying farmers to do what they get paid for anyway!
