i got some cd rom for dd on the front it say 1.5-3 years but on the back it says 3+.what information is right

A CD Rom for a computer? Doubt it would be suitable for under 3s.

It means that the content (e.g. music/video/game etc) is suitable for 1.5 - 3 yrs but that the actual physical CD should only be handled by someone 3+.
