This is my first post.

AIBU to think that as a father who has been pushed out of my childs life to expect that I should not have to pay the CSA?

Your child is still your child it regardless of your rleationship with the mother.

Can you not get a court order to have joint access or something, so you have your child fifty percent of the time?

OP- Have you got Parental responsibility?

If your son was born after the 1st of Dec.2003 and you have registered the birth with your ex then you would. If not I would apply for it as a start.
