Another bloody Tesco's moan

AIBU to be massively pissed off with Tesco home delivery service?

I placed my order with them to be delivered on Monday 11th October. This arrived with a couple of substiutions which we weren't too bothered about.

It was only when I went to use the baby milk formula that we ordered last night that we realised a big problem. The tub of formula had already been opened & the scoop was missing.

Luckily I have only been using formula as an emergency measure as I am expressing milk (but having trouble with supply) for ds3, so I managed to express a small amount for his next feeds until I could buy some more today. It was then that I noticed that the brand of milk powder should have had a plastic seal around it anyway.

Surely this tub of formula should not have been put back on the shelves & definately not sent out for a home delivery order?

Of course, but maybe they didn't realise. How do you know they put it back on the shelves? Maybe a customer dumped it there.

Use Ocado next time. They're so much better.
